With now 12 years in the Atlanta market and her prior experience as an Interior Designer, Karen has been able to offer her sellers expert advice on staging their home to attract the maximum number of potential buyers in order to secure a solid offer in the minimum amount of time.

Karen is an alumnus of both Florida International University and The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Since becoming a REALTOR, she has achieved the status of Multi-Million Dollar Producer as a member of the Cobb Board of Realtors for 10 consecutive years.  She is also a member of the Leading Edge Society at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Georgia Properties, a status received by their top tier agents.  Karen has also achieved several real estate designations including Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Relocation Specialist, Luxury Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).  Karen's extensive knowledge of the real estate industry positions her to be your experienced and trusted real estate advisor.

As someone who has an eye for detail and likes thinking outside the box, Karen incorporates both traditional and cutting-edge technologies to market and sell her clients' properties and has been successful in bringing them top dollar.  Having lived in Cobb County, Karen has had the pleasure of working with clients relocating in and out of the Metro-Atlanta area.  She has experience working with relocation companies like Graebel and Cartus and has had the pleasure of working with transferees from some of Atlanta's top companies like Coca Cola, Koch and The Atlanta Braves.

When not selling real estate, Karen enjoys supporting her two boys in their pursuit of a professional career in music and misses being a band mom.  She also enjoys her church family, yoga, weight training and all things outdoors.  She's passionate about giving back as she feels so much has been given to her after relocating from her beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago.  Karen supports the Sunshine Kids Foundation (an organization that supports kids with cancer) with a portion of her proceeds from each transaction.
